After twisting the bristle and wire into a twisted brush, put into an aluminum alloy tube or other metal tubes, pressed by hydraulic equipment to make it. A specially crafted brush product that the twisted wire brush body will not fall out.

Automotive Deburring Brush Material:

1. Aluminum cups (aluminum handle), aluminum cups are generally made of high-quality aluminum rods. The aluminum contains less lead, mercury, tin, has good toughness and anti-rust, and is more beautiful and high-end than other materials.

2. The black bristles are made of primary color bristles which have good hardness. The products such as brushing and chamfering can be used to remove burrs without damaging the surface of the product.
