Some time ago, I received a call from Mr. Liu, who is in the door industry, saying that an existing export customer has strict requirements on the appearance of the product. After looking for samples from many suppliers, it was found that the surface of the supporting aluminum profile was uneven and there were pinch marks, which affected the appearance. The next day, I received feedback from Mr. Liu, saying that the door brush draught stopper samples we provided were not loose or falling off. The most important thing was that the product had a flat appearance and fully met the customer’s acceptance criteria. Mr. Liu was very satisfied.
