American cabinet company Mochy Mochy mentioned in an email that their company purchased a batch of about 200 brush cable outlets from a brush cable outlet factory in China. When the goods were first received, everything was in good condition, and there were no problems. Two weeks after the installation was completed by the self-sufficient customer, Mochy received a complaint. The problem was that the brush cable outlet had collapsed hair. Because the previous supplier was not responsible, Mochy had to think of another way. So I found another supplier and found Aoqun.

In order to find out the cause of the problem, Aoqun asked Mochy to send her the brush cable outlet that had the problem of falling hair. After receiving the sample, the first thing is to confirm the material of the brush cable outlet. After inspection, it is found that the brush cable outlet before Mochy is indeed made of ordinary nylon, but another problem is that the total height of the brush cable outlet has exceeded 120mm, the specification of the brush cable outlet is too large, and the optional glue wire diameter is only 0.3mm. Knowledgeable friends should know that nylon glue filaments are relatively soft, and the brush cable outlet is placed horizontally, so the problem of hair collapse will occur later. Based on years of industry experience, Aoqun gave two solutions:

1. Use PP glue wire instead of nylon brush cable outlet, because PP is harder than PA.

2. Increase the diameter of the rubber wire on the basis of the nylon rubber wire, thereby increasing the hardness of the rubber wire

In accordance with its own needs, Mochy finally asked Aoqun to change the material of the glue filament to PP and conduct proofing. After the inspection, it was determined that the brush cable outlet of Aoqun met its needs, and a new order of 200 was placed. The results also confirmed that the brush cable outlet that was replaced later can meet his customers' needs.
